What is a furtub?

This is the question our friends, family and customers have asked us since we embarked on this crazy voyage to bring you cool, high style items to decorate your nest. Our answer is always:

"A porcelain tub lined with lush fur, no one needs it, but wouldn’t it be so nice?"

Furtub embodies the spirit of fusion. Fusion of old and new, funky and fancy, sleek and textured.

Our trend forward line of home accessories includes unique pieces that you will not find at your local mall or in your best friend’s living room. Conversation pieces, intriguing by themselves or as the centerpieces of a furtub collection.

Our passion for decorating comes from a long line of talented women. Women who have an eye for the unusual and unique, and more importantly women who know how to put their great finds together in just the right way.

We are all about you! If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days and we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. (Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.) Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.How to Return or Exchange an Item.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply follow the instructions below:
1) Contact our customer service center at 1-877-8FURTUB to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
2) Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip.
3) Make sure you include your RA number in the following address, and mail the item back to us:

We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us immediately. We'll tell you how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
